We will do An in-depth analysis of your health, medical history, body type, food choices, eating habits, muscle weaknesses , muscle fibers and lifestyle.Our Fitness Xpert will guide you step by step through unlimited Emails, Chats, calls and video calls to achieve your desired Fitness Goal. Then, Xpert will implement research based personalized training sessions and diet schedules of each client through assessment.
Personalized Diet & NUTRITION
All the Diet and Nutrition counseling is done by our Xpert Dieticians. They analyse thoroughly your complete health, medical history, stress level, past eating habits and lifestyle. Note – If required, then a complete whole body analysis report from the blood count should be mandatory. “The Fitness Xpert” approach may lead to a faster, lot more success, and better health with a positive mindset .
